Had the honor and pleasure to try the Kaiseki menu of Chef Bruce Ricketts. If you're willing to spend a little, I highly recommend you try their tasting menu. What made the experience a little better was that we were able to chat with chef after the food was served. Will definitely be back!

We cam here on a Wednesday for the tasting menu. It was a great experience with dishes ranging from the softest tamago, melt in your mouth otoro, and the freshest cuts of tuna and hamachi you can find in Manila. The staff were very knowledgeable with the dishes and made sure that we had a great time. Would definitely go back!

We spent one night in Manila, and this is where we had dinner. Absolutely extraordinary. Great service, spectacular food, and sleek atmosphere. The quality-to-price ratio is also outstanding if you are on an international traveler's budget. I definitely recommend a stop here if you are anywhere nearby.
